The protective frost body around the platform area has been actively thawing for a good eight weeks. Around the station, the ice has melted so that the full water pressure exists on the building. Leaks have been grouted, so that the following now applies to the new line: The entire "gap closure" is waterproof!

Accordingly, the bulkheads can be dismantled and the water drainage system can be switched off in the next few days.

Even after this milestone has been reached, the structural work continues at full speed. After all, there is still a lot to be done to achieve the goal - commissioning at the end of 2020: The stairs, emergency exits and also the platform edge are being installed.
